@@zoejohnson2471Thank you to everyone that commented! When you say you prefer longer do you mean longer in overall content or for example having more realtime time lapses rather than sped up? Just curious 😅
Love the black envelope and client gift ideas! Finally got my license yesterday and just want to say thank you for helping me stay motivated through your content ❤
In person is the way to go. When I tried the online I learned nothing . The in person class got me passes the test first time. Larson is the best in my opinion.
Hi and I appreciate your video because it helps me to prepare for my goal-setting of how to be an amazing Real Estate Agent such as yourself. I know...we are all unique, Thank You for all you do. Have a smiley of a day
Yes ...longer! 🙂 Also I was thinking if you could give a us a room Tour . Or a desk tour ?if that's too personal.. How do you make your room or desk functional for your business?
You’ve been so inspiring to me I’ve been watching you for a while! I finally got my license!🎉 ID love to ask you questions regarding picking the right brokerage if you’re ever available 🙏🏽
Wow, hearing this makes me so happy! It is the reason I keep doing what I do! Congratulations on getting your license! 😁 A lot of people have been reaching out about having 1-on-1 conversations with me and I would love to do that. I'm working on something logistically on my end to be able to attend to everyone's questions. Soon I'll share where you can book a call with me so stay tuned 🙏
Same over here! I’ve been binge watching you ALL week. Reached out via Instagram with some questions as well. Thank you for putting out realistic content. I’m currently studying for my license and can’t wait to start. 🎉
Thank you! Depends on what’s more convenient to them. If they prefer in person I would typically meet them at a coffee shop near them or the office. But most of the time they prefer online via Zoom.
I have my license and I really want to quit my job and go full-time but I am scared. I have always worked in positions that provide insurance and retirement. I am afraid to leave my safety net. Also though I feel like I have zero direction. I don't know how to be an agent. Other than open houses I don't have a clue what I should be spending my day doing. I went to a brokerage where I was supposed to have a mentor but he never provided any guidance. I love the brokerage though and don't want to leave. What do you recommend for going full time
Thank you so much! 💕 I found mine through word of mouth at my previous brokerage. But I found a new one through Instagram. Just type "florida transaction coordinator" for example. Their payment is flexible. You can pay it from your commission or have the seller/buyer pay for it. But make sure to consult with your broker for the best course of action for you. 😊
