I was sick for 3 days. I instantly began praying for #1 for healing but for the 3 days I only drank fresh pressed juice, cayenne pepper kombucha & ate fruits for snacks and as dinner. & it naturally passed and I feel 100x better.

I feel like it’s not about the destination, but more-so the work He’s doing within me. Even though, sometimes we focus on where we want to go. Also the point about the fact that you actually are opening up and saying how you feel. When you said, “if I was listening to my flesh, I’d probably stay quiet”. I can relate to that so much. Sometimes God will give me a message or place it on my heart to contribute to a discussion, but I just say nothing, because a part of me is still “scared”. Scared of the possibility of conflict, which is just a trauma that I can’t let keep stopping me. There’s nothing wrong with stepping into our God-given power! Glad your remedies healed you quickly! I was working out on my cycle last week and had cramping after heavy strength training (never usually get ANY cramps on my cycle). Thank you for this, I needed a reminder. My mind was stuck in a repetitive state, being consumed by things that distract me the most as of lately. When watching your video, the Holy Spirit revealed that staying consistent and present in God is something i struggle with the most. After my biological dad and step father passed away last year, I saw myself waking in circles for a year as God watched me. I often find it frustrating lol to know im the way that I am at times. However, it’s part of my healing journey. lol i try not to beat myself up too much because God constantly reminds me to move forward in this season. Just knowing He’s there with me 24/7 just makes me want to be a better person, better daughter, and follower of Him. lol I say all that to say is Thanks Phil. That last part was exactly what was needed. Big facts! Was just talking to my friend about that same thing. What God has planned for each individual is for each individual no matter how long it can take, gotta put the work in and not care about the distractions as much as possible. I did it many times before so I know I can keep going and another thing I want to incorporate is juicing, I'm on the hunt for a good juicer and some good healthy delicious recipes but I usually clean my fruit in the white vinegar let them soak for a minute or 2 and just come back thru and rinse them off to keep the skins , the skins is where most of the nutrients are😋 and tbh I kinda like eating the skins of certain fruits sometimes 😅😅#firstdown
