You are so inspiring to me; I've been depressed and anxious for years and even tho there are days where I can get up and go, most of the time I feel so unmotivated, but watching your beautiful content has sparked something in me to keep going and to work on myself-- I joined a free weekly yoga class, I have been incorporating healthier eating and drinking tons more water, as well as trying to be conscious of how I speak to and about myself. You have really helped change my perspective when I was worried this was how the rest of my life would be. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for doing what you are doing and for the positive impact you have on your community. BTW would love to see a video of in-depth selfcare like fully explaining your beauty products and routine!

I am being highly honest, your vlogs are the most coziest to watch. Since my attention span is dying due to tik tok, your videos are the only ones I can watch without getting bored in 2 minutes. I am so so so greatful for your content and it really gets me going. I even re watch videos until you post another one. I watch them while at gym and while cleaning just to get my depressed ass out of bed and do anything for myself as I’ve been in a living-my-life slump for the past 6 months. And it helps. Hi Melanie, i have been watching your vlogs for a while i like how you`re always pushing forward. You said you were feeling tired, i have an advice. When we interact with other people we create energetic cords with them, and then if you don´t cut them your energy is being drained. Thats why maybe when you returned home after the super you was feeling that way. You can do something as easy as say this" i cut cords with everything and everyone and reconnect them with Love and source" and bum. you can do this as many times as you interact with other people, even if its online. Hope you will feel better.
