so glad you have people - I am basically bed bound - I see my Hubs and my Carer and that's basically it - haven't been out of the house - except for Dr/ Hospital appointments since November - went out to the local town shopping yesterday - was amazing..... London is only lonely if you isolate yourself. Everyone goes around in their own little bubble there, living their life and they're not going to reach out to you 99% of the time. So if you want to make friends you have to make the effort to reach out to people, chat with them, invite them to hang out with you, say yes when you're invited out etc. You seem like a normal ordinary person with a pleasant personality so I'm sure you'll have no trouble finding friends if you put yourself out there. Engage with the people around you, the ones you know by sight and interact with regularly, don't discount anyone as not your type of person until you get to know them because people are not always as they seem and dont expect every friendship to be a deep one. You seem so much more alive for having spent time with people this week, you deserve friends 😊

But with your last two videos, I can't help but tell you that your videos lately, especially your last 2 videos, are so inspiring and motivating!
