As per Rule 292 (1) of Postal Manual Volume 6 Part 1, a written application to which postage stamps in payment of second commission must be affixed for alteration of payee`s name. Round MO stamp will be impressed for defacing the stamps affixed in the presence of Postmaster who will send it in a service registered cover to the office payment for compliance.

Good question Sudheer ji. Ack will have signature of the addressee. But, ₹2 addressees receipt will not have signature of the addressee. Instead, the spm/ postmaster will check his records and if it’s delivered, the date of delivery will be noted on the addressees receipt ( a form) and signed by Postmaster ( not by addressee) and date stamp impressed . Rubber stamp of spm is impressed. That will be given to the sender when applied for a addressees receipt by paying ₹2😊 Hope you got it now.

Departmental chapters it’s ok. I have given Po Guide part 1-3 videos Products and services 2 videos Volume-5 there are 3 videos GK-few videos I have covered. But, GK is not exhaustive. You read books also after completing my videos fully. I have covered maximum. Mathematics and Basic arithmetics you have to cover on your own. My advice is to watch these videos more than 4-5 times each one so that your revision will be good. Once you finish them go for basic arithmetic and complete that . Finally you can land up on GK
