Girl! If I could hug you behind this screen😂😂😂 I would!! Woke up this morning with an "Ordinary Glow"( pun intended). Just one day of use, purchased the toner and serum, used them for my night time routine. This morning my skin is smooth, it has a glow I haven't had in so long. Thank you so much for sharing 🙏🏾🙏🏾✨✨✨
@@Cocoantonette glycolic acid no, niacinamide yes. However if your a beginner to either of them best start out slow like use it once a week the twice etc. but for glycolic acid I only do 3 times a week, the limit is 3-4 times a week only at night and wear sunscreen in the morning. If you use glycolic acid daily it will make your skin worse and damage it, hope this helps 🫶🏼
@@ogechiogechi8186 it doesn’t cause me pimples it helps me get rid of them and gets rid of my blackheads but that’s me, maybe something else might be causing your pimples but if it is the niacinamide then best stop using it, I am not a Dermatologist :)
I started using niacinamide after watching your video. Quest what! My face which became darker with lots of acne after summer has lightened after a bottle of niacinamide. God bless you for your contents.
Niacinamide and vitamin C took my skin to another level for real. Good molecules have the best niacinamide. Hear me out Good Molecules is overlooked but does the most from their Niacinamide toner to Hyaluronic acid everything they outdo themselves and their price point is ridiculous. Garden of Wisdom Vitamin C is also something to look out for cause it’s a plastic surgery in a bottle, it plumps your face almost instantly. Everything she said checked ✅
@@benji.sourire242cleanser (I double cleanse). Toner. Antioxidant (vitamin C & Niacinamide), hydrating serum (because I don’t like moisturizer I use it but I prefer hydrating serums like snail mucin or Hyaluronic acid) and I exfoliate as well. Also, tretinoin which is also an antioxidant for anti-aging. I have a combination skin
@@jjustmichellee Good evening.....thanks so much for this video.. Please all these the serum mentioned here, are we using them together or just to get one particular one out of the 3?
This is the second video I am watching, and I can say, your videos are very nice, informative, and helpful. Thank you so much for the video!! I have a question, you mentioned 2 serums, so are we supposed to use the 2 serums all at the same time or just one of them? And I have dark spots which one among the two do you recommend? Also, can these products be used in all seasons, in Winter, Fall, and Summer?
Hi dear, thank you, you really motivating me much appreciated, I'm stating a journey with glycolic acid products. Tell me can I continue with my previous toner, as now I'm starting to use glycolic ordinary toner
Hi Mitchell, I started watching your videos three weeks ago and I love your skin care. I started using the glycolic acid, Niacinamide, Rose hips oil and cerave renewing salicylic cleanser for cleansing for one week now. Can I double cleanse along with the cerave acne foaming cleanser in the evening
you're not supposed to use it daily, it makes your skin worse :( only 3-4 times a week but if you're a beginner it's best to start out slow. Only use it at night and wear sunscreen in the mornings. Hope this helps, I am NOT a dermatologist. 😃
You’ll need tyrosine inhibitors, alpha arbutin, Azelaic acid, Kojic Acid, liquorice root extract. There’s so many to list. If you are a POC please test your skin with each of these products so it doesn’t cause anymore hyperpigmentation. She mentioned GA toner at the beginning of this video but if you have sensitive skin use Mandelic acid instead and only use it once a week. I suffer from hyperpigmentation and I’m on a journey to make it less visible and have done a lot of research. Please see Dr V Rattans page, and the hyperpigmentation video from Vote for Hana. They break it all down. It’s a slow process so you’ll have to stick with it. I hope this has been helpful.
What can you recommend for the face with redness, irritated, burning sensation, and formation of blemishes of late, on the cheeks after 6 weeks started a new cream.
Why is the ordinary glycolic acid isn’t working for my hubby,he’s been using it for more than a month now on his dark spots but no result yet,he uses it with kojie San soap
Hey....I was living in Uganda but currently am back in my country DRC . About your question I think u need to have a trustworthy person who sell original cz yeah fake stuff can be many in Uganda. If u want I have a lady she has a beauty store in Uganda where I use to get my beauty products. I trust her bcz am also a makeup artist so I could get even original foundation,...at her.
I use simple micellar gel facial wash, niacinamide,a moisturizer and spf. Which among the ones mentioned above can I incorporate into my skincare routine for hyperpigmentation and dark spots??
Whenever i use any chemical exfoliant my skin gets so dry and my barrier gets damaged and if if slug my face starts heating up and i get red bumps all over my face
Well she kind of said it in the video. Are you wearing sunscreen (during the day) when you're using any of these products? When you add exfoliants and serums to your skin routine, you have to add a sunscreen to to protect your skin. If you are, you may just need to try another product that is more suitable for your skin condition. She mentioned several others
@@jjustmichellee Thank you. But you didn't tell us in the video how you apply these products. As in which one to start with and which one follow . And to apply after how many second. Thank you
I battled with cystic acne & closed comedones around my cheeks, cyst healed and left some red acne scar.. Any serum to use? I’ve been on this journey for 3months plus, so the scars are new. Helppp😭
Started watching ur vids recently and I'm now subscribed. I'm a 39yrs female who never had issues wit acne hwevr.. recently dark spots.. age spots n roughness led me online. As a beginner.. ur info on The Ordinary n Cerve products were really informative. Much thanx all the way frm the Caribbean 😊
Hi, can I use the glycolic acid in combination with truskin C+ which contains (Niacinamide, Retinol, Hyaluronic Acid, and Salicylic Acid)? I just came across your videos by the way and I love them😊
Greetings from here. I so much love your content on skincare products and routine. Please, how can one treat dark or tan feet? I mean a very higher level of hyperpigmentation on the feet that had been so stubborn and refused to clear off. Please help me😢.
