So I had a dream several months back, before the release of Profs last album. In which prof was a lead actor in a film. I was a supporting character 😂 even I my dream Prof takes the spot light. In the film prof runs a small souvenir shop for tourists in New Orleans. He's really well known and loved in the community with the other merchants he's a bit of a local hero always willing to help others in struggle. But he's struggling financially, he was forced to borrowed money from the wrong people after serving time for beating a man responsible for the drunk driving death of his fiance. He's trying to put his life together since getting out but the goons are after him because he's behind on the fig so they come around and bust him up and wreck his store pretty regularly . He's ok with this though, it's just how it is, he can take a beating, but at night alone is when his life without her takes it's toll, that hurts more than any punches or bruises, it's brutal. His business is doing pretty well but most people don't know he drinks himself to sleep at his store after hours. At one point, after this is established, people who have passed away start appearing, not like zombies but like the dead rising, like end times stuff. People think it's the end of the world as their loved ones guide them from their homes and businesses and they walk in droves to... Somewhere. Others loot and riot. Prof is trying to hold the neighborhood together as all this craziness is happening. Until his fiance, his one true love, who died unexpectedly under tragic circumstance walks through his door. She looks angelic like Haley Bennett or Emilie de Ravin he's frozen in spot he's breaking in front of our eyes. He goes to her and weeps and weeps...but it's not as it seems, something is off with her and not just the fact that she was previously dead. Prof can sense it. He meets another young woman just then, a brunette quite the counter to Profs fiancee something like Lizzy Caplan or Alison Brie. She's tough too a spitfire doesn't take sh!t. The world is ending and she's going to survive, but she has information, she's come to warn Prof. These dead people aren't what they seem to be. As crazy as it sounds they're not our loved ones, theyre aliens in disguise, they've been watching humans, they know we are rulled by our emotions, this is their plot to concur us, march is to our deaths without any resistance. How does she know this? Because she was recruited to help them. She's responsible for the annihilation of more people than she's able to comprehend or psychological handle. She helped the aliens plan this invasion but she can't do it anymore and in a moment while seeking shelter in Profs shop from the chaos outside, she confides in him... What will happen next, will they survive?? So my education and passion is in performance and I have a family tradition of dream sharing and interpretation. I've worked for many years to improve dream recollection and vividness in my dreams and this is now what I get 😂 Cinematic quality vivid plot lines featuring my favorite artists with higher billing than myself. But tell me Prof wouldn't be amazing in this role? I think one of the reasons I love his performance so much is his extremely emotive and expressive qualities. His commitment to his performance and seeing this breakdown of Dodos reenforces my option that he should absolutely be acting. So Prof and team, if you want to make this film consider bringing me on as a writer/story creator. It would be too good.
