These are clips of segments from a television series Anna did a number of years ago. So, it could be that the next line of dialogue doesn't pertain to the recipe shown. It might be talking about the next recipe on the show.

The acid in the vinegar stops the eggs from diflating! You could substitute with cream of tartar, lemon juice or apple cyder vinegar. However you would be missing that sweet flavor of the balsamic. Hope this helps :) Happy baking
The recipe on the website is slightly different as the one in the video. Vinegar is missing, and there are 5 egg yolks and 3 egg whites. In the video the amount of chocolate is missing, on the webpage 300 gr are given. Could you please clarify? Is it a “simplified” recipe, the writen one?

Very sweetly..this is not tort (no e needed at the end of the word, just in case someone comments) tort is like a small pie with big pieces of fruit in it..pastry shell wrapped around...tart is flat like a poptart with a paste of desired flavoring,chocolate or strawberry in the center...with love robert
Anna, can I make this tort with a milder chocolate? I like chocolate but not bitter sweet, I prefer milk chocolate, I ordered 5 lbs of mild chocolate, ( can't recall the precise type, it's a mild chocolate) from World Wide Chocolate. @@Bianca-Bibistaarten Exactly. It's a dessert from Naples . It contains eggs, butter, sugar, chocolate and almond flour. It does not require baking powder for sweets. I assure you it's a very good dessert. Cheers from Puglia.
