Professional Fuel Injector Cleaning Service 

Great idea for a video and well executed - good work! That was very engaging thank you. I'm in the market to get some outboard engine fuel injectors cleaned and came across you video.

this is a great service! I work on cars for a living and certain things are truly too expensive such as buying all new fuel injectors.Even though this all looks easy and nicely done when you are diagnosing a car and know it is an issue somewhere in the fuel injectors and can't figure out which one and have to buy all of them and reinstall them or you try to go the cheap route and just do a few at a time because you need to drive the car one is going to go out on you and you will never be given the warning :-/ Many people think those store pour in your gas cleaners will help but people don't realize all the filters covered in old gas those go though and can end up losing other chunks of build up that will further cause the injectors to clog up. You not only got all your injectors running good patterns and rates with pressured leak test and new gaskets. People also don't realize this sonic cleaning is kinda what all that noise wasa this is a very precise machine and vibrates and pulses the cleaner through and this is used in laboratories that do microbiology to finely clean and restore certain filters and containers. With the right cleaners these vibration actually restore plastics durability and remove electron charges that cause deterioration such as rust or iron ions. In short it restores everything even if it was working fine it may have eventually worn and had a leak this doesn't make them super new but it really is an anti aging and full cleaning spa day for these injectors. He was so casual about the whole procedure to but he truly does a great service even taking care to slightly heat the gaskets and add candies !!

No Micro Filter Change ?? Good vid. Varnish causes a lot of injectors to stick like valve stick on a diesel. Parts cleaner does wonders honestly.

my injectors only cost 35 so I just bought the one that did not work when I attached a can of carb cleaner to it with a 9 volt battery doubt I cleaned them at all but because the spray came out i am confident they work. My 96 pushrod 4.0 ford explorer blue books for about 1000 so i am cheap about the repairs.

Very impressive, and through. I noticed you didn't number the injectors individually, especially number two in case he wanted to place that one in the front of the engine for easier removal if need be. I also didn't see any reverse cleaning of the injectors either, maybe that is not necessary.

What liquid does he use to clean the injectors and what liquid does he use to test them ?

This is more like it, so many videos on DIY fuel injection cleaning on youtube that will probably get someone's vehicle on the road again cause of sticky injectors, but coming from a motorcycle repair shop, where people let their bikes sit so long it rusts up the fuel tank and fuel system, there is no easy DIY solution to getting all the solid debris out of an injector. It is more worth people's time to mail in injectors for between $25-$40 a pop to have them professionally cleaned, and showing the process should encourage people as to why a professional cleaning is the ideal and long lasting solution.
