It's a surreal moment when a round (the first round in the 1st 40s edition rainbolt played here) is a place you've physically used to live by and explore on a weekly basis. Once you've seen Central Pennsylvania woods for years it's a permanent memory.

The plonk was pretty quick but if im correct this is in a forest just outside state college, pa. I used to go hiking there all the time with my parents!! Edit: was indeed just outside state college, but we were mostly in Rothrock state forest on the other side of 322. Still amazing to see, and congrats to JHK for being a based central PA enjoyer :)
40s game 1 - 13307 pts, following Rainbolt's order of locations 1. I went Hungary on Pennsylvania. The US came to mind, but I didn't think we saw the front of the car as we seemed to be on the right hand side. So, I went Hungary since it has winter coverage. Lesson here: It did look US I should have trust that. 2. I went northwest France, which was correct. The grass in the middle felt UK/Ireland, but the surroundings did not seem that way (it was wide open). Also, there was a French pole in the distance. Northwest France looks the most UK to me. 3. I went super north Russia. I was thrown off by the thinness of the trees... But the soil color looks very Baltic. I don't think I see the "green blur" tbh... 4. I went southern Israel. I'm ok with my guess but Jordan makes more sense. Hard to tell when there's no car. No black/white stripes is a good hint. 5. I went southern Sweden but not south enough. I should have maybe committed more.
