Most body builders have at one time or other done something that injured themselves, and they had to take time off, which means starting back at square zero, they all know what one wrong thing can do to you.
I love it when people are SHOCKED at humble, nice, black guys 😂 Y'ALL are the ones who automatically associate "black men" with thugs!🥴 Black folks make up 13% of America and 90% of white folks believe THEY are a problem. 😅 There's wayyyy more "white " killers, rapists, serial killers, and food stamp recipients..yet its their nature to believe something is wrong with the blacks. @@joeakajoe1 Isn't it basically high weight, less reps to gain strength and size / lower weight high reps to gain endurance? I don't know why people would want to be bulky as hell, hardly able to move when they could be just as strong with a flexible, slim build. I mean unless you're a linebacker playing american football but then you're just an idiot looking for fame and money. Probably be brain dead in a few years too, not worth it.

@@monkadelic13 how did he embarass anyone? He just proved them wrong. They were worried about him ruining his back and told that he needs belt, but he did it clean without any belt and he is smaller than both of them. And they asked him at the end how did he do that, because they want to improve as well.

I initially was wondering if it was so much weight that even Anotoly couldn't balance the 2nd rep.... But then was amazed at how much strength and control he must have had to allow the plates to slowly drop off the other side while keeping the bar in relative control.

This was wholesome they were both humble and absolutely great sports about it, they cared about his health and back, and then asked genuinely with a smile how he did that like they wanted to receive wisdom’s because they knew they witnessed something exceptional. All respect definitely appreciated them and their spirits about the situation
That is because it is all scripted. YOu have to be really naive to think this is a real interaction. You obviously have never been to a gym. 100% scripted and fake.

It surprises a lot of folks that the dudes who love the gym the most are among the most kind and least judgmental. They respect anyone working on their body, male or female, young or old, fit or working on it. It's the douches who only train their chest and biceps and leer at women who are the turds. They always want to chat, point at people, mocking ,etc. Real turds, barely putting work in, just trying to get a "pump" for the gym and "suns out guns out" douche-baggery. The people there to WORK...game respects game, whether you are a beginner or a lifer. Self-improvement is for everyone.

Anatoly and the strong guys shows that you don't have to be big to be strong, and that being strong means you have to be kind and respectful. RESPECT all around, guys!
In the USSR there were sports categories. One of the rules is that the less a person weighs, and the more weight he lifts, the higher the rank. Anatoly shows the difference between a professional with a technique and an amateur.

This dude is a trip, for real. Man, I get a kick outta how he comes in an makes it look easy. Just his form alone, I mean I have tried different ways to protect myself from injury. His form, the way he keeps his body in-line perfectly is awesome. Definitely, anyone who lifts pay attention to this dude, it just may save you a trip to the doctor.
