We've gotten a lot of requests to go over how we use our #nuface device on a daily basis. Before we jump into how we use it, let us just give a quick disclaimer here. Nuface and devices like it including #ziip and #foreo products are NOT replacements for in salon microcurrent #facials!
With that being said, at home #microcurrent is a truly phenomenal way to maintain your skins #elasticity and muscle definition. You may have heard us say that there are 43 muscles in the face, if you include your neck, and each of those muscles requires frequent work to ensure their growth and strength. Electrical currents have been used in muscle growth and recovery for many years in nearly every aspect of the medical field. Athletes use them constantly to assist in muscle growth, physicians use them in their practice to assist in mental and physical recovery, and #estheticians and #dermatoligists use them, albeit at a much higher strength, to stimulate the muscle fibers.
Now using this product at home will require some dedication much like a diet or a fitness routine. You can have the best device in the world but if you don't use it consistently then you're not going to get any use out of it. But, with proper use, at home microcurrent devices will give you amazing results simply by continuing to work your facial muscles in ways that you aren't able to through normal daily use!
