Thank God for Authur Agee he's still a inspiration to me today...I thank God for using him in my life as motivation... because of Hoop Dreams I've "NEVER" lost in a champion game as a player...because every time I had a big game I would watch it...to put me in a will not lose state of mind.I remember watching Hoop Dreams some days&I would be so amped up I would be walking to the basketball court at 3-4 am...he's the reason why I love the #11...he really had a impact on the way I played the game...he's definitely in my top 10 favorite player's next to the MJ,Pippen&Lebrons of the world...I pray we cross paths 1day...much love "Tuss"🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀

I don't care what anybody says, Hoop Dreams is THE greatest sports documentary film ever. I used to watch it all the time when I was in school and it inspired me Everytime to keep working hard

The goal was always to get paid playing basketball and Arthur Agee accomplished that. By Arthur's Senior year He became a good high school basketball guard who had good ball handling skills, he was a good shooter, he was a good defender, he could pass the ball well, he was playing above the rim (dunking by the end of his sophomore year) and was extremely fast and quick. Arthur and Derrick Zinnerman made a great back court which caused trouble for a lot of teams including Chicago Westinghouse, Chicago King (26-2) and Batavia (27-2) which were big wins for Marshall that year. Can't forget Cesare Christian and Quadell Kimball great play in the front court. The Batavia game was great for Arthur. Especially in the second half. Arthur (15 pts) outplayed all American guard Lamar Justice (8 pts) in that game. Cesare and Derrick Z played great as well. Cesare was a good inside player that could shoot from the outside. Anyway that 1991 Marshall team was good there speed caused trouble for the other teams. Anyway Arthur ended up playing professional basketball. In college he started four years 2 at Mineral Area and 2 at Arkansas State which is a great accomplishment, Derrick Zinnerman played college ball at Kennedy King and I believe Cesare played college ball too. Not sure about Quadell Kimble.

I recognized his face in 5 seconds. Man did yall guys watched "HOOP DREAMS" .... Yeah man that's the little dude Tuss. I remember him well. He had a tough background story. I only saw him on Hoop Dreams. Its really GREAT to see him, and its good to now that he is still in the Game and good to see him around Basketball :))) GREAT VIDEO Man. _Much Love from BOSNIA_

Used to seeing profess with the highlights but these vids are just slices of ball life and I like.

Hoop dreams is one of the greatest documentaries of all time. I know it like the back of my hand and I almost consider The Gates family and Agee family my own family. Peace 💜💛💜💛💜
