Headcanon: Oak gives away all the well-behaved Pokemon, leaving him with only ill-tempered ones to study. Pikachu was going to be one of the ones he studied, but Ash really needed Pika so Oak was forced to part. Pikachu would've probably been the exact same as these guys if Ash hadn't stepped in. That or Pikachu committed war crimes before the series started and stabbed Oak in a back alley.

...ash has dealt with all that dude, in every episode something like this happens, Oak is not in every episode. So I know you're trying to say something about this video, but its far from accurate. Ash been hit HUNDREDS of times...And maybe this is why he is so stupid. He invents a pokedex. That already has the info on the pokemon when its scanned.....if he already knows that about them then no one has to complete a pokedex. It's already done, it's more like a sticker hunt than actually trying to find out about pokemon
