This is the only serious talk on Heidegger by a living person I've currently encountered. Now, one should like to be told (given the assertion here made) why that book was not called being, but rather being and time.... This too has an answer, and I believe was also, always a core matter Heidegger wanted to catch.
Lucy Rosenthal It's strange sure, though he goes into this throughout the talk. It was a necessary step both for Heidegger and for the history of philosophy. I just read Letter on Humanism and that goes into both the meaning of S&Z and does a good amount of disambiguation as well.
Being can not manifest, without the apriory transcendental pre ontological understanding of the being we are. We know we exist and we also know we will soon not exist. So we understand possibilities, by the way we already are them , due to the way we can’t get before and define the mood that reveals them as already mattering. being IS time. We are the light that allows the being of beings to emerge, the light is not an entity, it can only be understood in the way it allows the being of beings to be.
