I liked hearing them say 'we let the soil rest' . The soil is similar to an athlete, you can get results quickly with commercial additives or you can build it naturally over time. The soil gives back longer from year to year through natural means as opposed to one and done commercially. Which obviously feeds their business model as you all alluded to in the video. Enjoyed the video/virtual tour of Aliki Gardens!!
Very informative! So interesting that such a small application of their compost plus whatever mineral adjustments can make such a big impact. And cost less than conventional chemical fertilizers? Win-win!
Today has been the first day of me on RU-vid letting the ads play fully while playing many of your videos. I have no idea what the ads were besides something to do with computers for one, but I hope it helps.

Maybe i missed it in the video? Idk i watched it all!:) but i was wondering what they do with the alfalfa? Is the alfalfa the crop? Or it’s a preparation for other crops? If the latter: I am so curious how that proceeds? Cut and seed?? Thanks!!
