Did Google AdSense block you? If so, the traffic quality is too low. Perhaps you are not using a block list, which means that you receive "trash traffic" or push traffic.

Normally Taboola should work fine for arbitrage. You have to fix that with a rep from Taboola. Every platform work with top publishers and more shitty ones. But you have to handle them better instead of just switching platforms, because you will have the same issues on other platforms.
