He may not have been born to be underprivileged, but he was certainly born to inspire. I may still be a naive whippersnapper, but I truly believe that the world would be an unhappier place withouth Peter's music. I certainly wouldn't have anywhere near the confidence to sing, or be creative in general - if it wasn't for this man's (and young Master Philip's) creative output. So I applaud his musical endeavours, regardless of how sycophantic I may come across to others. Long may the "Full Moon" releases continue - because you all won't half be sad when he's gone.

Hi Daren. I am starting to get your point. I like your reviews because they are personal, they are not didactic. Your ideas are the fruit of your experience. Many videos in RU-vid have become contrived and mechanical. People going through tones of album in a short time which is absurd. Music needs time to digest. Personal means personality which is a two faces coin. It shows your strength but as the same time. I like that. Good luck.

Thank you Darren. For me, it's a "farewell" song for Gabriel. It sounds pretty much like a funeral song, when you look back at your life as a whole. I think that PG is saying : "this is it, my last album, so here's for you the perfect goodbye song". Is it sad ? Not necessarily. He's 73, at the end of his life.

Totally agree, except there have been some special musicians/composers, Penderecki, Mahler, Shostakovich, Zappa to name a few but yeh. Gabriel is great but he's not on that level.
