This is a basic intention setting/crystal programing meditation for beginners. I am new to crystals and this is a simple way to cleanse and get clear about how you’d like to use your crystal as a tool for manifesting. Developing our relationship with our crystals in meditation is a powerful way to bring more energy onto the things we want more of in our lives.
Programing crystals is based on the principle:
‘Where Intention goes energy flows.’

I did this meditation without a crystal. I will have to get one, I thought. Then I was cleaning out a closet today and found a crystal that I picked up on a hike years ago. I didn't even remember I had it. :). :).

idk if its just me but this is my first time ever meditating and my first time owning crystals and let me tell you what ive experienced i did this with my rose quartz and honestly i felt at peace i felt energey travelling through my body my mind was clear although i have a rlly busy and anxious mind normally.. i was seeing colours purple blue white idk what it is but it was very calming over all i loved this thank you!!

I don't usually comment on videos but I have been having some issues with my sleep schedule recently so I used this meditation to program my white howlite, lapis lazuli, and black tourmaline crystals for better sleep at night 💙 And honestly, I kind of got sleepy doing the meditation 🧘‍♀️

Clear quartz, rose quartz and amethyst are preferably best for meditation. You can also do it with citrine, labradorite or lapis.

First time meditating and programming a crystal.. I saw blue and green flashing, I saw butterflies and a massive white light of a dear head, I could feel mt body moving back and force almost like a vibration... wow what an experience.. does this meditation have to happen everytike you cleanse crystals? Do u meditate next time u sage them or whatever.. I'm still learning

I like to first ask how the crystal wants to work with me. I feel like programming it with my intention without first learning how it desires to help isn't as affective for that particular piece. What if a malachite slice wants to more be used for luck instead of pain relief. You programming it against what it desires may hinder a certain level of outcome.

Question, when wearing crystals on your person particularly in your pockets should they be on your left or right side? And if the crystals are for protection what side of your body should they be on if you're wearing them in your pocket in a pouch?

Keving52002, That is a great question. I am not a crystal expert, but when I do use crystals when I do sound healing, I usually follow the Buddhist and Yogic practices that I study & believe in that: the left side of the body is associated with our “feminine” energy, or Receptivity/Receiving energy. So, I would personally wear a crystal for protection on my left side pocket…. However, also take into account what your intuition tells you and what your specific protection situation calls for. For example, if I wanted protect myself from my toxic neighbor who lived to the right of me, I would wear the crystal on the right side of my body, instead of my left. YOu could also try an experiment where you alternate one week left side and one week right side, and observe what side worked best for you....Btw if you do that expierment please let me know the results. But, at the end of the day, I believe what really matters is that you work intentionally with your crystal on a consistent daily basis. I know, because you're asking such a great question, that you're going to do some fantastic energy work with your crystal. Have fun !!! 🙏🏻🕯✨🌀🌙-Dorothy

Is it normal to feel a cooling sensation 🤔 while holding crystal on top of the 3rd eye and while it was on my chest area? My nose is even cold and my breathing felt cool as well. Super interesting!

I’m new with crystals, Can I do this holding three of my crystals? 2 rose quarts and 1 tiger eye. Also I just cleanse them with sea water how do I set my intentions? And how do I work with them?

i’m new with crystals too but this meditation will set your intentions into it. for rose quartz i suggest wearing it close to your heart because it works with your heart chakra. it’s the crystal of love and abundance. i wear mine on a necklace. or at least i plan to after i go and cleanse it in the river by my house. i’ll do this meditation tonight haha

can this be used to charge your crystal? like after doing this can you already wear it and let them work? or is programming not the same as charging them?

Do crystals only need to be programmed once, or multiple times?

There are no rules. However, if you are feeling like your crystal needs to be reprogrammed, than that might be a sign you should reprogram it again. I personally reprogram a couple times a year, usually on a new or full moon, or around fall and spring equinox or solstice, as I find those to be powerful times to set intentions. You can charge your crystal under a full moon , with moon water , rain water , singing bowls , sage , palo Santo , incense , candles. There’s a lot of information on google
