Read the Quran... Allah will reward you- you dont have to read it perfectly- is it better to read it or not read it? we are lay-people and Allah will accept our recital- because first and foremost is the remembrance of Allah...lots of scaring mongering in this leacture. Allah accepts good deeds. salaam.
Shaf Serious I think what Syaikh Hamza Yusuf meant was that while we keep on reading the Quran, we shall at the same time learning on how to read it in the best way we could possibly do. Indeed he encourages reading Quran. But please do not be ignorant about the science of tajweed.
Well, if you are reading the Qurán and say Kalb, which means dog instead of Qalb,which means heart. You can guess that you've change the meaning completely of whatever you were reading. And if you continue to do the same without making any effort to correct your pronunciation you should ask yourself how much you really care about your deen!
@@fatimab6064 you need to make an effort to understand the Quran and to read it daily. You perfect it to your ability. If you go beyond then thats to your credit.
