This and video 13 has been a great help. Im the guy building a Mid Engine Karmann Ghia with the Subaru 6 cylinder. Your mig welder is it a 110? What is the wall thickness of your tube? What is the OD of your tube? The Ghia set up will be similar but not as much room. Im sure Ill have more questions
Yes it runs on 110. It is a Hobart 135 amp. It's 1.5" tubing with a thickness of .125. Same stuff that they use for rolllcages but not DOM. I actually have even more videos on my engine mounting setup if you search though the playlist. This welder can penetrate this steel, but not much thicker. Anything more and 220 is needed
