I totally agree with you because the possessed security and hell razer's both share the exact same noise sound and glory kills so there's a chance that the hell razer is possessed
As somebody who was 8 when DOOM came out, I bet it would have made things even worse back then. Shit like OG Mortal Kombat and DOOM didn't seem as tame back then, but what I notice now in hindsight, is that during the 90s, horror was a bit more basic, in the idea it was scary enough to show a scary image, show a scary moment, peoples expectations weren't so high that you had to go extreme yet, because it was already "extreme" But then you arrive at the 2000s and all of a sudden, horror adopts more realism while giving it more of a graphic presentation. Think movies like saw and hostel. Now it wasn't just killing me, now it was torturing people, now it was about the small yet gruesome details. So yeah, people would have seen this DOOM back then, and if it wasn't out right banned, it would have been one of those NC-17 things back then. Hard to find, gotta go behind the black curtain in the video store type shit.

There was a line in "On Deadly Ground" Where R. Lee Ermey's character tells Steven Seagal "I'm going to shove this shotgun up your ass and blow the top of your fucking head off." That seems to describe what has happened in this glory kill. :)
Doomer here, I've played PB3 with project Malice and recommend it, despite the difficulty of Malice monsters, PB weapons are pretty powerful and nearly balance it, a great experience on some maps.
@@Gemidori Thank god they aren't. Sure, the riot shields are an absolute pain in the ass when the Marauder/Tyrant/Doom Hunter is nearby, but other than that, I'm glad they aren't that hard.

Haha the guy who makes these mods (brutal doom and project brutality) made these before doom 2016 came out. Th gliry kills that were placed into Doom 2016 were inspired by his work on these mods. The dude is a prodigy.

You may think these glory kills are too goresome or not subtle comparing them with eternal or 2016, but lore-wise this Is absolutely on point given the fact doomguy was pure Berserk rage before being found by the sentinels. After being trained by them he learned how to effectively control this power

@goldenage2530 All I know is I have modd but I'm not allowed to give it here. I think it got taken down because they only want people to have crumbs of what the PB team have made. I know they are toxic about it and don't like people touching their old mods for some reason then I suppose. New PB nowadays feels incomplete without this addon, I get they wanted to achieve something like Doom eternal but you can't just leave great mods in the past, other people may want to try it differently so it's a bit unfair. As for the Brutal repository I'm not so sure. My guess is either they got hacked or they were gathering assets they shouldn't so they got taken down. Mystery but there are servers which do have addons but again, I can't guide you where here.
@goldenage2530 PB is a very hostile community, they don't like people getting their hands on older outdated stuff. I love their mods but personally I don't like them. They are very disrespectful to people just trying to make their game enjoyable to how they want it but its PB's way or the highway.

in PB lore, they’re actually the result of Arch-vines getting resurrected. it creates this abomination. in fact, even the guy who wrote the texts about the Flesh Wizard was as terrified as the UAC researchers
What I love about this is how doom guy kinda "struggles" to kill the demons (not really lol), in Doom 2016 he is much more confident, and in Eternal he just does not give a shit
@@kittykat8674 They are, Doom Eternal’s Glory kills are very brief, Project Brutality’s Glory Kills are gruesome, Some of Project Brutality’s glory kills even has Doomguy Kill his enemies to death with their own limbs/weapons.
