PROJECT BRUTALITY 3.0 - Hell Keep Redux [100% SECRETS] 

PROJECT BRUTALITY 3.0 together with Hell Keep Redux by Gwarl played on the Man and a Half difficulty level, Chaotic Random spawn preset, 100% Secrets achieved. Project Brutality 3.0 is an upcoming version of one of the best available mods for the classic Doom - expect a lot of fun when playing it. Please note that the Project Brutality 3.0 in its current state is still Work In Progress, so bugs are to be expected, together with crashes to desktop.
Hell Keep Redux is a remake of the E3M1 map from the Ultimate Doom, much bigger than previously, with a lot more added details and depth to the map with new areas to explore and even much more things to find. The best change however is the fact, we can play this map with DOOM 2 Hell On Earth and this means much more monsters to fight including Arch-Viles, Mancubi, Revenants, Hell Knights, Chaingunners or Pain Elementals. The most difficult part so far is the... first seconds of the playthrough, you start in an open area with several monsters firing you since the beginning, the best option is to strafe and simply enter Hell Keep ASAP. Several new places have been added as I mentioned previously, for example the prison cells in the basement that hold two not so difficult secrets, a tower area with blue skull key, throne room for Baron of Hell and caves. Opposite to the original smaller map, there is a total of seven secrets to find but most of these give you small and nice health bonuses, an additional yellow key to find, soulsphere, some ammo, computer map and even a secret Chainsaw. But in case of that secret yellow key, this gives you an access at later part of the map to grab the only BFG, but in this case you will have most of the map eliminated, maybe except a fight outside at the Courtyard to find an exit. The difficulty of this map is medium, most of the engagements are not really threatening maybe except few moments like the beginning, traps in small rooms such as Hell Knight and Chaingunners inside or simply falling to lava. Yes, when you fall to lava in few unlucky places like bad jumping, you will be stuck forever and forced to restart the map, thankfully the map is not large but going all over again since the beginning might make you nervous. Also when you play the map with Project Brutality with Chaotic Random spawn preset it might get really ugly outside, the flyer Zombies in their hover vehicles are your worst nightmare, especially their dual plasma cannons.
