how much of a speed difference is GTE and GT3 in Pcars 2. I was "Kind of" disappointed when they combined the two in Pcars 1, but from my understanding since 2015, the speed would almost be the same if GTLM and GTD used the same michelin tires (this is coming from a friend who works for IMSA).
David your videos are so authentic and realistic both in content and visual quality. Are you creating these from the xbox version of the game? I'm playing on xbox one (vanilla non "s") and my graphics don't seem nearly as good. Anyhow please keep them coming!
+David Land Try setting Camera > Movement > World Movement option to 100. IMO makes the cockpit cam look much better. You may or may not like it, but definitely try it. Atleast in videos, it makes for a much more grounded feel.
I'm from SMS. thanks for this video, shows how good the game can be. Will get the problems fixed up. Enjoyed this one. Make more like this! (IMSA style)
Game looks absolutely incredible!! This was about as close to a perfect race as you are going to get when it comes to ai being competitive and not being stupid.
anyone having issues in career where the setups don't load correctly? I'm racing the Supercar light right now and it loaded the Formula Rookie set for that trap for some reason.
That was a good race. You got lucky. I tried a 45 minute race with the Ford GT at LB but I couldn't get past the 15 minute mark because they AI kept acting stupid and piling up in the hairpin.
David Land I guess I'll try it again tomorrow. From the races I've done in Indycar and Sportscars, the AI are really hit or miss. I've had some great races but sometimes, no matter how many times I try the AI just can't keep it together.
Every IndyCar race I do at lb is a shitshow, regardless of AI settings. AI pile up in the first corner and after that, it's a constant AI parade to the pits with the track littered with front wing parts. I really hope SMS have a patch of some sort in the works because the AI in pcars2 might honestly be worse than in the original pcars.
I just started to watch you drive yesterday. I'm not sure why this is so much fun, but dude I is. I just bought a Ps4 and t300rs. I'm just waiting on them to arrive. I have for years wanted to learn how to drive these types of races. I think watching you drive is going to help with the learning curve. I drove 10-7min runs at Phoenix 2 years ago and it was crazy Awesome. These new games should help with the desire to blow 3 grand again. I bought Nascar Heat2, and NFS payback (I know it's not the same type of driving but it's NFS), I was also thinking about buying Project cars 2, and GT Sport. What do you think? Do those two games complement each other? As I continue to watch you drive, I'm thinking about just not buying NFS in fear that it might mess up muscle memory for these Sim like games. What are your thoughts?
All I've mainly been doing on pcars 2 is IMSA style racing but the AI are in a demolition derby for Long Beach. Hope they fix the AI lmp2 cars so they can overtake gt cars easier without slamming into a wall.
Anyone here having issues where your car and ai cars would remain damaged if you crashed upon restart? It really is such an annoying glitch and I have to quit and start the whole session again, takes out the fun out of an awesome game, hope it gets patched soon!
On Single Player how do you get the cars you want for Multi class racing I am trying to do a custom WEC style season with LMP1, GT3 but it is impossible to load the cars I want with the multiclass outside of career?
Where is this video about "pcars2 vs reality" Def like the non oval non NASCAR stuff you are doing, Obviously its your page.. .but more please, endurance long races! Indy road/F1 is ok too.
