You're right man. There is barely any aftermarket for these cars anymore. Can't even get 50/50 tail lights anymore as they been discontinued. I wanted a Yonaka catback for mine but think they stopped making them also.
Rob how I felt about my 02’ ep3 civic si. Parts were rare and super expensive to get. And I didn’t even like the ep3 body style. Lol smh. (Got it for the type S swap) Yank all your new parts and drive train out and get a 2nd gen integra or 92-00 civic. Please don’t give up on Honda’s Bro. Good Luck 👍🏻
Link to some very affordable cb7 exhauts in various sizes: m.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m4084.l1313&_nkw=trubendz+90+93+accord&_odkw=truebendz+90+93+accord I also had a hard time trying to pass my cb7 here in Canada. They dont really perform a visual test here, but our OBD1 tail pipe emissions testing was basically the same as California. I managed to pass with a plm header, full 2.3" exhaust, magnaflow cat, 70mm tb, skunk2 manifold, full evap delete, egr delete, charcoal can delete, running off a base map in a chipped p28.. Basically what I'm saying is if I passed emissions, you should be able to pass. If you can find a shop that wont give you a hard time over the header. Go on a cooler day, the car will run much leaner. Dont spend the money on a OEM catalytic converter or header. Just get a magnaflow or yonaka cat, they're cheap and they work. If one isnt enough you can run 2 cats inline right after the header and that will help lower your emissions enough to pass. Also heat wrapping them will help them do their job.
