This is the first video Ive seen since I subbed to you. Love the armors and your personality. Youre rad as fuck

For fog coming out of vents and such.... If you ever want fog that flows downward like a waterfall and stays close to the ground instead of just fogging up the airspace, use dry ice. If you drop dry ice into hot water it will instantaneously create a large amount of fog that flows somewhat like waterfall. If you have some chunks of dry ice that can be dropped into a container of water with a trap door actuator you maybe could use that to create the fog on command. The drawback of course would be the dry ice as a relatively short shelf life when not being stored in a Sub-Zero freezer, so you will need to have pretty easy access to the compartment that holds the dry ice so you or someone could just drop it in there sometime before you need to do your demonstration, and to replenish it for continual use. You also could use other fog methods that gently blow over/through dry ice, and that will make the fog a little more condensed and low-lying or flowing a little more like water.

Most people would say someone who is building a whole iron man suit by herself is crazy. But you are building one after another. I love you for that 😂😎. Heartbreaker suit looks great. For me its the best looking of all iron man suits.

You might be able to put on the suit by yourself if you switch the hard-to-reach buckles with magnets.

i know this is really late but i had a idea on how to operate everything using cables and tubes and all the motors to operate them would be close together so it would compact.

With parts that you can't really sand down, like the TPU parts, have you tried using different methods,like a heat gun, on it? I know that when working with plexiglass and lexan, after you use a saw to cut it, the edges are very rough and not clear. You can sand for days with 10-15 different grits of sandpaper, and still only have a smooth, semi-transparent but foggy edge. OR, you can simply use a propane torch or a high temp heat gun and heat up the edges. The ripples and grooves disappear and it becomes crystal clear. So that leads me to think perhaps similar methods could be used on the material you're using. Then there's the possibility of using solvents that melt certain plastics, but evaporate quickly. It can be used to create a slurry or to simply weld pieces of plastic together, so I don't see why it couldn't be used to smooth pieces out similarly to your alcohol vapor ...system ..thing.
