Yeah I'm in LOVE with the art direction!!! Looks so cool and also very visually clear, which is so important for fighting games. I'm so so curious what they'll do as far as guest characters go. They have become such a staple of the genre recently, but also League has so so so many characters and such a devoted fanbase I wonder if they would do a guest character even in the first couple years. I feel they may want to give many of their characters time to shine before

Oh dude yes, I totally see that. I love they pivoted in this direction, looked kinda generic meh before but now is very much flashy and hype

Although 2v2 is not as bad as 3v3

I'm feeling the exact same! 3 can get very unwieldy very fast, especially if the characters are wildly different (DBFZ had so much shared it was easier to grasp but still). I think 2 is the perfect balance to have cool unique builds and still let solos shine bright
