It is an awesome one of a kind guide for discovering how to download thousands of business and project management templates without the headache. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my neighbour got excellent results with it.

This was great, I have been researching "how do you make a timeline in google slides?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Biycarlett Astounded Builder - (do a search on google ) ? It is a great one of a kind guide for discovering how to download thousands of business and project management templates minus the headache. Ive heard some decent things about it and my work buddy got cool success with it.

Having studied the WBS only recently I will say that it is simple and elegant in design and clarifies the objectives of effective project management. Great explanation by the way.

This is a very brief but good explanation on what WBS is. It shows a simple breakdown of a project, where it should start and what the scope is comprised of. This example includes subprojects as well, however not all projects will have subprojects.

Finally cracked the nut between WBS and activity list. Both seem to cover the same areas of scope but define scope slightly different (deliverable based vs actions needed to complete those deliverables) THANK YOU!

This was a very good summarize. Also, we can apply WBS to system analysis. For example, in an aircraft, we have a lot of systems working together to deliver something and, for failure analysis and project, this is a philosophy that have to be followed.

To describe the WBS as a mix of deliverables and tasks is not correct. The WBS is driven by the deliverable structure but all in it is "Work". Some of the nodes may be named "deliverable n" for simplicity but it really means "produce deliverable n".
