What is the proportion of the mixing process with percentage wise of waste plastic and bitumen aggregate & filler material. And one thing are you not used prime coat before laying so it can binding with the base or slippage from lower layer what is the result please share with me. And also i am asking to you are you research with any plastic aggregate instead of stone aggregate in using of concrete please share with me
I love this. I can see this is an experimental process though. It would be prudent to wear appropriate clothing, and equipment (PPEs) and have quantities and a recipie before you begin. Another great addition would be to attach an extraction fan with an air filter . I believe most cars have them.
use microwave frequency magnetrons for this work or heating element so plastic going to become liquid without any more fumes and water wash the fumes as they are very toxicity so catalyst converter are used for this for cleaning the smoke from air
For safety reason, please ensure proper ventilation and PPE in place when melting plastic material. Certain plastic ( E.g. PVC) emit poisonous gas when subjected to high temperature. Stay safe and best of luck..

Well, they couldn't use plastics from food products, as they are made from plant based oils and break down in nature. If they use ABS, which is oils from the same as asphalt, it would last, but still cause pollution.

dharmendra kumar this is a horrible demonstration of this process. While it worked the men here inhaled a shit ton of harmful toxins from plastics. The gas needs to be properly collected or ventilated for this to be safe to attempt. Seriously if you value the health of your lungs don’t try to make this stuff like you see here.

without pollution??? how about the smoke? you will need a peoper machine to melt the plastic and a better way to execute. such as making bricks. if you do it one piece, what if it is damage by a truck, how to repair it?
The process of pyrolysis should have been done in a closed vessel where O2 is absence and the emission should be kept off the air. I have details of this project and i think it is still economical if a well safe reactors and equipment are used.

Is it not strange how many negative comments there are rather than commending them on trying to find a use for waste plastic .Everyone is an armchair expert on safety and hazards ..Get off your asses and off your keyboards if you are so clever and go and find a better solution ! At least they trying to find a purpose and in fact there are processes which have been developed which have the same principle and are a lot safer .. But at least they are trying with their limited resources ..
We Indians have a standard guideline of making it as per IRC .... You need shredding machine , drum type mixing plant , roller of any capacity only for the construction....
