Project SEARCH is a high school to work transition program for students with disabilities. The relationship with Cleveland Clinic is now in its 5th year. We currently have some interns rotating through our enterprise and some interns have become caregivers. Our employee resource group, (ERG) DiversAbility, also supports this initiative as part of its efforts to help develop our future recruits with diverse abilities.
