as much as I'm excited for all these upcoming Chinese games but I would love to see other games based on other ancient Asian history and folklore from Vietnam, The Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Mongolia, Laos, Cambodia, Burma, India, South Asia, etc.

There's been a couple of these games announced, and all they do is make me look forward to the Ghost of Tsushima sequel. It's rare to see media based on the region that isn't tainted by obnoxious anime.
Well, i mean it looks cool and everything, but what the hell with those asian open worlds and rpg? It's almost ridiculous the amount of those kind of game that popped up after the Tsushima's success.. we understood, it works, can we have something original now? -waiting in medieval-
much like the other Chinese games that have been announced in the last couple years, it's vaporware until it comes out and people can actually play it.
Looks absolutely gorgeous... but doesn't mean the game is gonna be good. 🥱 If they make the platforming sections and combat towards the end much more engaging and not just aesthetically pleasing, then it has a chance.
