Nicely done!!. I did it with a claymore. Loved the fight overall though it took me frickin ages to get it down. I do think phase 2 is a bit too bright and flashy making it hard to read in parts as well as miquellas hair obscuring his moveset sometimes comes off as a bit cheap but overall a great final boss for sure.
We never expected how evil Miquella could be. That his kindness is forced and his 1000 years of compassion will be whether you like it or not. It's like Madara and the Tsukiyomi genjutsu, or Thanos. We would be happy, it would never know what it cost us.
Miquilla being this evil is really something that shocked me. Like, at worst I expected a shade of grey Miquilla. This is next level though. The Lands Between needs an anti monarchist movement
I don't think it's Miquella being but him being traumatized, not an excuse but something to acknowledge, he was most likely pushed to darker thoughts with his sisters lack of a true cure, the war between demigods and other tragedies taking place in the lands between. And considering how Miquella was described to be nascent not just in body but mind as well might have made him alot more vulnerable to these kind of things, that's why I like the cut scene we get of Miquella's memory, him sitting in a dark space off his chair speaking of a kinder world almost desperately and his most likely plea for Radahn to join and help him...
@@iTTV_Kudo no way, either you got no blessings(lvl 15 min) or you're not learning his moves properly. He has 2 main attack strings, you can tell both easily apart. First string is a 5 hit combo consisting of 1 strike from left to right into a 2 hit strike right to left, best way to dodge is to do 2 dodges to the left, afterwards he delays a 2 handed swing and ends with a ground pound. You get the timing on that delay right and first phase shouldn't be too hard anymore. The second string is not as hard so I'm not gonna explain you that. For the gravity ground swing followed by his meteorites, remember the guy is always delaying that first attack, the meteorites are easily dodged by running left and jumping before the first hits you. If you get hit by the grav swing just heal and face tank the first meteorite as the dmg is aight, you can dodge it as well but I happen to get one tapped a lot because of bad RNG. Gravity pull is simple just run backwards away from him. If you learn all that phase one is trivial, gl to you big man!
All I need is the key to the 2 swipes into his cross slash. When I dodge the second it confirmed no matter how I time it and for whatever reason I get stunned into the third by it and die with no way out. Idk what to do about it
@@ValGuard4801 Just roll into the first slash and forward, you have just enough time to roll again during the second slash. Then you can just roll forward on the cross slash. Timing is all very tight on it though.
i killed him as well and i was still amazed by that, i think the issue is while most of his attacks you want to dodge to the left, on that one specifically you wanna go right and back
Only problem that stops me doing the same is his tankiness I can’t keep doing perfect evades for this long. I managed to get second phase and then I just get tired of doing mechanics and die one shot 😂. Good shit I don’t think ima do this boss with skill only two bosses so far made me use summons and it’s messmer and this guy eventually.
Was also using a strength build did well but phase 2 is just to hard for me. Just ende up using a mimic felt like a big cheese, With down in 2 tried with it
I need this rng. The boss only used gravity like once or twice in the first phase, I’m so jealous. The big 360 suck with rock spikes aoe is rough. Somehow you only got it once and he was too far for it to be effective like jeez give me thaaaat. GGs sir.
@@alexhightower4040 I'm saying if you miss the roll and get caught by the suck, just turn around and sprint away, you won't get hit by the follow up. It works 100% of the time, I'm doing it right now. Might have to jump at the end depending on how close you are
@@Laniakea_Super are you a range build or something? I turn around and run straight into his rocks, also spamming sprint while I’m getting sucked. Buffer sprint
@@alexhightower4040 No, melee build. Don't roll at all, don't need to buffer any inputs, just turn around and start sprinting directly away from him after you end up in front of him. The timing is honestly pretty forgiving, the hitbox on the gravity rocks is not as big as it looks.
finally a fellow chad who doesnt use cringe blood cookiecutter build, summons, shields and isnt overlevelled, just needed a few buckler parries like me and its 10/10
Literally everyone of those who I watched could only outsurvive him specing everything into defense. His phase 2 is pure bullshit. A walking firework that just can't stop spamming.
@@kaspersaldell I suppose it is. It's clearly made to be unfair on purpose. And I have a theory that it was strictly made to fight with summons. Because dodging just physicly can't cover all his attacks with i-frames.
A non-standard Game Over. Instead of 'You Died', it will say 'Heart Stolen' as your Tarnished is still alive but has forsaken you and sworn fealty to Miquella. Think of the health bar as the 'Flame of Ambition.' Miquella snuffed it with just a few honeyed words.
Fextralife info: Radahn glows with golden light, and jumps at the player. A successful grab will cause Radahn to bring the player close to Miquella, who will place a charm on the player. This grab will not deal damage, but if the player is grabbed again while charmed, they will immediately die "Heart Stolen". Counter: Wait for Radahn to have almost landed before rolling away. If you are charmed, you can use Miquella’s Great Rune to remove the charmed state.
I played a STR build the whole DLC until this fight lol, then just said fuck it and went bleed to 1 shot this big fat idiot boss. Such an awful fight, just endless aoes, double-hit moves, multiattacks, and visual vomit + camera angles till you can't see anything lol.
