Forbidden because nature conservation, forbidden because private, forbidden because leased. Hi Lester, I know that from here. We follow the rules. And the small hole we dig is nothing to compare to the wind turbines and their foundations. Do your thing. They can't put all of us in prison 🇩🇪⚒👍🤠
Great vid explaining how important it is knowing the regulations for your area and talking with the land owners and getting that most important permission for prospecting. Thanks and have a great day
I've been asking all these PA prospectors for 2 years to speak on rules and regulations so regular folk don't get hemmed up and catch charges. Not 1 PA youtuber has done sht about it, most probably don't even know the fkn rules. I asked you and you immediately responded then made a video about it explaining most of it. I gotta give you lots of props for doing this. 💪👍 👍. Thank you for doing this, much appreciated.
In part 2 can you touch on prospecting under bridges? Some say under a bridge is okay. Also can you maybe add some resources where ppl can find this Information. Another question is how to get a claim on state game lands. I live close to game lands that had a mining operation on it. The byproduct was gold, it was scares from what I understand. Regardless somehow they got the claim to mine it. Thanks for the great work and info 👍
@@shenanigans815 must've been an old Federal Claim, not done in PA anymore, and would have to be "Grand-Fathered" to even remain a "Claim". Can't dig on State Game Lands, period.
