"Promises" Feelspasta 

This was one of the most heart warming Feelspastas I've ever listened to.

I saw the ending coming from a mile away and I still cried

My mother passed when I was two. Being that I never had any memory of her, I would go through periods of time where I continued to reanalyze her death, and try to understand the absence. I didn't have memories to miss. It just felt like something was missing for the longest time. There was a void. It wasn't until recently that I realized how obsessed I had actually become over the years, trying to piece together the puzzle of a person that I was robbed of the oppurtunity to know. I was so obsessed with the lack of a mother, that I feel I have ignored my father and taken him for granted for so many years. It wasn't until recently that I had matured enough to really understand all of the sacrifices that he and his mother have made for me. My grandmother quit her job to take care of me when he was at work. He never remarried, and he was always careful of any girlfriends that I ever met. He was always afraid of the possibility that his signifigant other would mistreat me. Today, I finally realized how fortunate I am despite her loss. The actions of the adults in my life after tragedy occured revealed how much I am loved and cared for. When you focus what you have lost, you fail to appreciate what you do have.

was i the only one that thought the creature in the closet was the creature was the dad

are these creatures in these creepypastas alway "long and skinny"? why not something short and bulky or something.

*SPOILERS! Don't read until you've finished the story!* I feel like the monster in his closet represents his anxiety/depression. When he would be having bad days, the scratching and shaking would come, but on his good days, there was no noise. When his mom had her accident, his depression came back with a vengeance. When his 'father' came back to the room and beat away the depression, it was his spirit letting his son know that everything was all right.

I cried for a while after this one as I lost my father exactly a year ago now.... THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS ONE!!!!

When the dark figure winked at him, I had some tears. As a parent, you always keep your promises.

It's cliched, and predictable and stupid, I saw the ending coming from the very beginning. I knew how it'd end and...dammit I still teared up.

That was beautiful. Its good to mix it up every now and then. Im just glad to hear one story has a happy ending.

A BUG LANDED ON ME DURING THE VIDEO IT SCARED ME SO BAD

This story really got to me. This story made me cry because I have had something similar happen to me! My sister passed away in 2007 of a car accident. I was 11 and she was 17. She was my only best friend when everyone bullied me. She looked out for me and then when she passed away that's when bad things happened to me. I became depressed, cutting myself, and thought about killing myself. Plus I just had this horrible negative energy lurking over me almost every night. I had a hard time sleeping. Then one day, I felt something looking over me and told me, 'don't be sad, stay happy. Victoria would have wanted you to live with happiness.' Every time I felt uneasy or scared, I would see an orb right in front of me and it would calm me down. I have no explanation of this. I'm now 19 and still have no explanation. All I can say is that I cried when I heard this entire story. This story really took it to heart and I love this story so much. Thank you. This truly has made my day.

Who else noticed the Kingdom Hearts music toward the end?

When the dad came and protected him, I was almost brought to tears.. I couldn't..I wouldn't be able to even take in all of the mixed feelings if I saw my brother, even if it was for the ammount of time that he got to see his dad.. The feels are so very real. Nice job, Creeps.

Creeps, Every time I listen to a creepypasta or feelspasta narrated by you, I always get a feeling of intense emotion from the content you produce. Keep up the good work, it will only get better from here on out.

It was very touching for me since my dad abandoned my mom and I when I was 5 years old, I wasn't never his little princess, he wasn't there for me when I needed him, he wasn't there in my graduation, he wasn't there when I had my first boyfriend, me always thought money could replace the affection and caring I girl could need. And now he's back trying to win my love again but there's always going to be a big scar on my heart, he hurt me so bad, I understand now than I'm older, but at that time I was only 5. I always needed that super hero dad figure.....

Good story. Love listening to Creeps readings. I love the way he says closet. So by far this is my favourite reading. Just because it is built around a creepy closet.

This yes, I love that you used Kingdom Hearts music at the end, "Dearly Beloved" I think, made me tear up.

I would like to see you do a creepypasta of La Llorona, the wailing woman. Supposedly it's the spirit of a woman who drowned her children in a river. Her spirit haunts that river and it's believed she kidnaps children.

Well- shit...I lost my dad when I was ten to suicide. He promised me so many things, one of which was to always be there for me.. He was such a good person he never let on how much pain he was in. I miss him- and I hope maybe he is still keeping his promises, even if it's in a way I can't see or even sense. Sorry that was super personal and I know that no one cares, I just needed to get it off my chest.

Is there any better feeling than knowing that there is a person who will always have your back? They don’t want anything from you, they do it because they love you, and they keep their promises, no matter what. The character’s dad is basically the Doomslayer.
