My first year business English (not my main language) teacher at uni is all the time mentioning how we need to do all this and that and then all the employers will want to hire us.. like damn at least once say that if we try hard we can make something ourselves. Other teachers have the same mindset i guess

I’m currently going through my first year of uni. Do you recommend I should change to a degree apprenticeship after the first year or carry on my degree?

Up to you boss, someone on my cohort changed, but one thing to note, if you do, you can’t do the same degree. If you really want to change, don’t drop out until you know you get a place, as it can be hard to get on one 🙏
