It pretty much is. These guys are going to take very good care of it, and it'll be way more accessible to the public and better cared for than if it was in most private hands.

That keypad looks like it was cut off of one of those business card sized calculators. Used to have one as a kid that that looks exactly how I remember it.

I think you'll actually find that both are excepted, but the variant Aluminum is predominantly centred to North America.

3:00 The membrane keypad looks definitely like it is from on of those slimline eighties calculators - I had a noname credit card sized back then that this shot reminded me of.

Warawat, when they made Aliens cameras didn't have nice little LCDs. The best they could do was to use a portable tvs, and they all had CRTs.

on the Aliens Motion Tracker the housing for the TV looks like a slide viewer i once owned.

Is there a Stay Puft Marshmellow Man prop around there? :) But seriously, Aliens need to infest all cinemas worldwide again. The second and fourth film were absolute masterpieces. There is actually a good story book that could be an inspiration for another movie (no title on my mind right now but it was a story of a young woman caught up in a conflict of predators hunting xenomorphs, very well written). Lets put back the motion detector to use again, that beeping sound is one of the most goose-bumps giving things in the history of cinema when you expect something horrible on the screen. There is no good Alien movie without Ripley, and there is only one :) And the same story goes for Ghostbusters, I had my first kid crush on the leasing actress when the movie was released :D
