This video shows one of the techniques for welding a profiled metal pipe in place. This is an easy welding installation of 2 square pipes. Welding pipes 80x60 mm in size, 3 mm thick. Welding electrode 3 mm. Cleaning of welding seams with a coarse grinding disk. After a rough cleaning, we use a clean-up petal disk of at least P60.
Using this technique, you can easily achieve good results and even planes on the pipe.

What extra materials are you talking about? The chunks of tube that he used to hold it close to straight? It looks like he just welded some square tube in line….

Pipe is like a common name. We call it "profile pipe" Square tube called if there were a size of 20x20, 30x30 ... 120x120 mm. On the video, the size is 80x60 mm

@addforging I'm not in the business of making videos. But I can weld. Your bracing technique was fine. But the welding was awful. Very amateur. Even after your grinding, holes could be seen. Just awful!!!
