Quick Questions Eric: Do you use two layers of 30 lb felt for tile? What length of nail do you use for the felt? What length of nail do you use for S-Shaped Tiles?
I don't use felt anymore under tiles , I used self adhere high temperature underlayment , I use 7/8 plastic cap nails for the underlayment , and 3 inch galvanized nails for the tiles

I never done tile and things have changed with better underlayment and such. Question is: will the self adhere high temperature underlayment that you use "let the house breath"? And what brand do you use?
The only thing I didn’t like on your install was that you don’t run the flashings to the water line so you don’t see the nail line along the wall like you do on some of your steps. I know it still works and won’t leak but I guess it’s my OCD 😂
