Great video! But I have many questions. 1. Why do you turn the hour hand to the lower half of the dial? 2. Why do you set the date to the day before current day? 3. Why do you wait for the second hand to turn a full circle? And thank you.
I just got my watch. However, when I got it to position III, I sometimes couldnt move the hands to set the time but had to pull the crown a bit more. Despite pulling it fully, sometimes the watch kept moving like it was in the first position. Is this normal? It didnt happen afterwards
You don’t pull the crown into position one ‘cause it’s already into position. You just turn the crown clockwise to wind it. If you’re going to make a tutorial video, it would help to make it correctly.
Quick question so I understand. If I find my watch has run out of power and I do not know if it stoped in the AM or PM, would the correct thing to do be adjusting the hands and manually seeing when the date changes, and then once out of the danger zone of 10pm-2am I can then proceed to adjust the date via rapid quick set of the date? great video!
From what I understand, both. The PRX automatic watch can be wound by the crown and can be wound by wearing or moving it. Generally, 30 revolutions are enough to start and the rest is done by wearing it on the wrist during the day.
@@Magnifyo I just got a PRX automatic for the first time and it stopped 3-4 times even on the wrist and even after the 30 revolutions. So I had to return it and get another one. This one seems ok.
Could any advise on winding as my watch is in position 1 by default. However, I cannot turn it forward (it does not let me do so and I do not want to push it too hard) and only allows me to turn it backwards
