Un sueño de sitio sin lugar a dudas.. estas en Benidorm pero en la zona de Sierra Gelada con lo que disfrutas de entorno natural.. el precio es muy bueno por lo que ofrece.. donde esta el truco?

To ja już nie wiem jak jest z tą licencją :) Na necie piszą że licencja jest na nazwisko a nie na mieszkanie więc nic nam to nie daje że poprzedni właściciel ją miał bo i tak trzeba wyrobić nową.

Hello. You always need to change name in a license. If the house had one before it is more easy because other papers where sent before and you can use this. You need as a non resident a nie number to buy and for all other transactions. You get for touristic rentals, that must be 31 days a year, a paper for suma/taxes to pay for it. Under 31 days no license necessary. But this Alegria Agency is a professional. They know about it very well. 👍👍

Sold all my Properties in Marbella and south of France .. Got SICK of The EU Regulations changing all the Time on renting out my Properties… Its got silly now .. Take my advice STAY CLEAR OF THE EU PROPERTY MARKET.. Its not worth the hassle… The EU is a Red Tape Nightmare…

Somos muchos los que estamos hartos del monstruo burocrático de la EU.. pero además en España cualquiera puede robarte la casa con toda impunidad y nadie hace nada para cambiar esa trágica situación. España podría ser un paraíso si alguien la gobernara.
