So what happens if you were born after they changed the design and you've never seen an old $20 bill? That's the problem I have with this one. Youngsters have no concept of time and think that just because it's that way now, it's always been like that. Just like people getting hassled for giving someone a $2 bill, or a $1 Susan B. Right!! I thought she was denied service or something the way she was acting but they completed the purchase. Then she asked for someone who speaks English and got mad when she was also Hispanic, but she spoke English like she requested. Then she wanted a black cashier, she got one. Then says some threats about suing for defamation when they never spoke a word about her, she caused a scene and defamed herself, and Walmart bent over backwards for her, letting her repeat herself 100x on camera while she was "in a hurry." She contradicted her own story multiple times.

Pan Handlers like the one in the first clip are everywhere in my area too. My husband and I were Christmas shopping and saw one just like this, complete with his wife and kids all standing near him, holding signs. I explained to my husband that he wasn't really playing the violin and he couldn't believe it. He doesn't watch videos online like I do, so he wasn't familiar with this kind of thing. While watching him play, you could clearly see his fingers not moving at all as the notes changed. I just kept it movin, but watched as they all climbed into a nice, new car later that night.

It was a $20 bill. And they have special pens to detect if it is real or not. If she is so Gen-Z that she can't recognize an old $20 bill, then she shouldn't be working at Walmart (or in retail at all). As an old fart white guy, I think the employee could have handled it better. BUT, the customer could've been a bit more chill. Blown WAY out of proportion!

@@mikebaker6288 Why shouldn't she be working at Walmart? The new 20's that the pen works on came out in 1998. We've had the new 20's for 26 years. So she may not have seen an old 20 seeing as they have largely been phased out and not really in use in 30 years.

Of course, we must wear our helmets! Do pay attention to signs regarding riding bikes! 24:56 This is why I love this channel! I've seen PART of that clip and can understand the lady recording being upset, but also thought she was going over the top. Yes it is crazy that younger people don't see cash a lot and I could understand that the girl saw an old $20 bill and would be confused. But the way the lady acted was ridiculous, she even told on herself that she was broke "My dog hasnt eaten for a day". One last thing, I LOVE the commentary! I was taking a sip of water during the side chick vid and did a spit take when he said the guy was hiding downstairs peeking through the blinds.

I only called corporate once in my life play that was for very valid reason they gave me multiple gift certificates and I asked that the person involved would be spoken to but not fired. And I wanted him to know that. No problem when I went in again with my gift certificates

We need to know more but apparently he took the new food and still wanted a refund. You cant have it both ways. However we only see the guy's filming point of view. We dont see how the manager tried to correct the situation. I once at at a place where a roach was inside the food. They offered to give another plate but said no and they did not charge. It wasn't racism, it was "pretty girl privilege". The bathroom was off limits to the public, but because she was a pretty blonde, the guy let her use it. "Get a life!"
