Anyway, I enjoyed this project very much as it's a rare scene in terms of town planning. We are in this 'kampung' setting in a city. Within walking distance, residents will reach KLCC. The level of connectivity and convenience for this location is superb.
However, the price is restricted both by the micro elements of the address. This is a heritage site hence all facilities and commercial activities are designated to the locals. The old infrastructure such as road width, street lamps, drainage and etc will definitely be a concern. There is also a misunderstanding of the facade design applied. This is a leasehold property, but it has no direct restrictions on the ownership besides the rumahWIP portion.
Personally, this is one great value for money. Just be mindful that the workmanship was greatly affected by the lockdown, hence everything looked like work under great urgency.
