that front balcony is amazing. the location of this house is nice a peaceful. one big draw back is the back side of the house. the master bed room, front balcony view, and the location of this house is the true selling point. i got 5 years till retirement but i doubt it will be up in the market by then. who buys this house will have a peaceful life.

I hope na maintain yung old architecture in baguio, the log cabins, the mid-century designs, yung mga american style architecture. Puro modern na ang nakikita kong properties. Gusto ko pa naman sana bumili so I guess I will just look for a vacant lot instead.

This kind of presentation is the very reason why I prefer only a video of the property with a voice over with carefully prepared descriptions of the sections of the house. The tour is so disorderly done and the frequent use of the phrases « over here » and « over there » was a bit annoying. :(

I can' t retire to this house , no room at the ground floor.

You mean to say the basement, cuz it is not consider as a floor area. The ground floor has a room but doesn’t have its own washroom inside so basically you gonna use the common toilet.

Baguio. Naubos na ang pine trees. Puro semento na lang makikita. Di na ganun kalamig unlike before. May property kami sa brentwood pero di na namin masyado napupuntahan.

@@allnighterist nope. Pinapagamit pa din namin sa relatives and friends na umaakyat sa baguio. Umaakyat din kami pero di na regular like before, kung kelan na lang may time. And maintained po yun, may katiwala kami. So di naman sya tulog na tulog.

@@eduardof5980 bakit di mo kalampagin. As if naman may magagawa ako e yung mga totoong tga baguio nga walanh ginawa. Hahaha. DENR pa pumayag magpatayo ng mal dyan at mga malalaking hotel.
