Has anyone ever had the experience where PropStream was entirely off, I just called a property based upon the information that was displayed, but it turned out the seller doesn’t have three mortgages and in this particular case PropWire was significantly more accurate.

I'm not a fan of Propstream just yet. I'd use Propwire to do my first few deals and then set up my own system.

I'm just getting started so, nine as yet. I would like to see some of this software implement the agreements along with a way to send and receive them. They all seem to leave out key tools and want to charge extra for them.

@@mrt4085 Freedomsoft is likely the closest, to a full integration? With a week free trial, it should be simple enough to compare and contrast, these two softwares. Norton is actually a REI... whereas the Propstream people are merely paying for data, as near as I can tell. (e.g. Using Zillow to estimate valuations (!) updated perhaps once per week, vs. Jerry's daily data updates... and seemingly more realistic criteria for property values... which might well be taking biased Zestimates... and deducting say 10- 20%, as they are OFTEN grossly overvalued!) Either way, they are a great value 'add,' saving a TON of research time, however I'm most interested in 'tracking' prospects, leads and touch points, within a fully- integrated 'ecosystem...' so these apples to apples comparisons still don't quite cut- it, when what everyone wants (and needs?) is a singular prospect search AND lead tracking software(s) if not a fully integrated suite, thereof. (i.e. More like Freedomsoft, etc.) Disclaimer: I didn't like the Propsteam (Cluster B persona) guy's "attitude..." so they LOST me as a (potential) client, 3- 4 years ago. (i.e. When I simply 'inquired' about how to USE the confusing "free trial..." and he acted like I was attempting to get "a free list..." with that 'flippantly' telltale, NARCster "attitude..." That already cost them over 10 grand in business, to date.) And BTW: This was AFTER I had 'referred' their software online and off to many TOP trainers, to gurus! I don't deal with idiot, NARCS! (And neither should anyone else... with any "integrity.")

Biggest con with Propwire, no contact info on free version, you need to upgrade to Propwire Gold, $97/mo plus 2600 free skips. So Gold is a better comparison to propstream than the free version.

What is this? King, You're comparing Apples to Oranges. Compare the Paid Version of PropWire to the Paid Version of PropStream. That would be Apples to Apples. That would Totally make waaay more Sense.

It would be helpful if you would say how much Propstream will run someone at the time of filming... Your link takes us to a sign up page, but I would like to find out how much it will cost if I stay with it. Other than that, thank you for your excellent video and info. :)
