Pros and Cons: Cape Hatteras KOA "OBX KOA"

Some of the sites are water and electric only just like any other campground some sites have full hookup. It depends on the site. Hopefully people understand that the site you chose didn't have septic and others do.

I've lived on the OBX all of my life and the septic thing is true. Too many septic tanks end up in our ocean during huge storms and flooding.
