@@taraA625 there will always be pros and cons to every place, but I will tell you this. I would NOT move back to Florida. There is so much opportunity here and its growing so quickly. There is no traffic or people with road rage here. Its a great place to raise a Family.

A lot of Florida transplants are moving there and all over Georgia. I love Georgia, but I would move somewhere else that won't have as much Florida transplants.

Ok I was born in Warner robins raised in Perry and now live in Florida .. Florida and middle Georgia are not comparable in terms of humidity the air is more stagnant in Georgia in Florida there is a constant breeze especially when you get south of interstate 10 where you have a coast on both sides

That is true everywhere where you have the ocean it is a little bit better due to the ocean breeze I hundred percent agree with you

I guess what I mean by that is the humidity is worse in Georgia in Florida by the constant breeze numerically yes it may be higher but the breeze really counteracts that to me it's more pleasant down here I don't feel like I'm going to walk outside and die from the stagnate heat lol

@@LivingInWarnerRobins honestly I love it here. Bought our home in august so I’ve witnessed the humidity, it takes a little getting used to coming from up north. Otherwise, we have friendly neighbors and a quiet community. Nice place to raise our kid.

Perry Property taxes are more expensive than Warner Robins.

That depends of where you are but statistically throughout all subdivisions and neighborhoods tax for real estate are cheaper in Perry

I went through public records and the tax assessor pages, and property tax increase in Warner Robins more than it did in Perry over the last two years. Also it does depend are you getting double taxed county and city ?! Or just one of bars? But statistically speaking over the last two years the property tax in Perry for 90% of the subdivisions were cheaper and therefore the average property tax in Parry is cheaper as well

I live in Perry Georgia The citizens don't help the homeless and poor me and my mom are poor no one wants to help us people here are stuck up if you don't look the part you don't fit in sometime this year me and my mom will be moving to southwest Georgia

As mentioned in another comment, generalizing is not the way to change it. I’m sorry that you and your mom are situation and then you both go through this point in fingers at peoples usually not the way to change it
