I got a v4r about a month ago and it’s been a dream but tbf v4s/v4r are dedicated track bikes so they won’t have much street functionality as you wish, I’ve been tracking mine and I tell you that’s where it really shines
I’m not Ireland we’ve similar rules to UK. Restricted power/working you way up in power/engine size. Although if you’re 24 and older there is no restriction from the get go. Drive whatever you want. Reason being, you’re an idiot under 24. Just facts with accident statistics to back it up.
i feel you on parts, my 22 has had the water pump replaced twice now and in total its been almost $3k in dealer maintenance fees since i got it, it also needs the dry clutch basket replaced (currently 6,000 miles on it) so that will be another $1,000 but it puts a smile on your face like no other bike , another con ive found is that working on the bike is a pain in the ass, thats why i take it to the dealer. I just feel japanses bikes are so much more easier to work on (more room, less parts, etc)
I spit my drink out when you said one of the cons is the price so you saved up your money to buy a gorgeous high-performance, rare Italian superbike and you’re like oh shucks that cost money😂😂 no shit, genius here I’ll give you another one. It’s probably awful in the snow.
Is the heat bearable in 85-90 degrees F in the city, like on scale of 1-10, 10 being very hot where would you rate? And is heat too much even with leather pants?
it gets toasty for sure, its not unbearable tho I would rate it like a 6 leathers would actually help, I have noticed when I wear normal jeans my left calf gets super hot but when I wear my riding pants or track suit the heat doesn't go through the pants as bad
So they didn’t fix the ridiculous heat issue??!!!! it tried one at night and it was really chill weather but damn i was praying that i don’t catch fire because of how hot the bike was between my legs, almost 6 years now and they did nothing to fix the heat issue.
The heat issue is a huge Con for me, i live in Atlanta and it gets hot. i dont want to feel like im on a skewer. love ducati looks.. trying to narrow between BMW 1000RR or Yamaha R1. i wonder is heat an issue with those?
@@OfficiallyTonyGianni the R1 CP4 is not as hot as Ducati but still hot compared to other Japanese bikes, for me i would go R1 to have the peace of mind.
to be fair sport bikes aren't the most comfortable bikes out there but the electronic suspension helps out a ton on bumpy roads. I would say the most comfortable liter bike is the s1000rr just because of cruise control
Im thinking about adding that ducati To the Garage i have a 22 s1kRR an 23H2 i rode a streetfighter an it felt Aggressive i never rode a panigale before im Assuming It's gonna be justice fun im stuck Between That and cbrRRR not sure with one to get
I would say ride both and see which one you like better but imo the fact the fireblade doesn't come with forged wheels and cost $30k is wild to me but they do make a ton of power when tuned
so the sound of the exhaust is not so loud, you can still hear the navigation? i once did a testdrive on a 899 panigale and the stock exhaust was LOUD (great sound but loud)? Awesome bike, would love to buy one one day but the price of purchase and maintenance (spare parts) still holds me back... thx for the vid!
The new Hypermotard Mono may be much more fun to ride, IMHO. Or any super moto. Go watch some guys wring the hell out of a super moto on the mountain roads in Europe.
Have you ever ridden an rsv4? Sounds way better. Has better top end and is as fun to ride, more power than the v4s and has amazing electronics too. Most people forget aprilia exist when they say nothing compares to the v4s.
@@WhoIsGoLDENRaTi0woah you can’t compare the price of Ducati v4s, fireblade to a standard zx10 and r1 with 34k you could buy a zx10 and an r1. I feel it’s it’s more comparable to a r1m or zx10rr more premium models
This is in California he started out in Chino Hills then went into Chino then Eastvale, edited and ended up in Norco then looped around and ended up back in Chino Hills
St bs pls . I got 23 v4 akro marchesini best think ever i had Japanese i rode new 23 s 1000rr. Im glad i chose v4 not only look but preforming next to none. And comes from person that had zx 10r 2019 yamaha r1. Bunch of problems not cheap to fix either. It homicidal bike that will destroy most of SS bikes out there considering that stock dino 193 simply slip on 205 to 210 on pump gas . Race fuel 215 to 225 now which bike can compare the only on is h2 which is 100 pounds heavier. I dont know what is your story i pay 32k after taxes and fees in nyc . 😅 when u ride high end bike u can't complain about service cost unless it your buddy's and u one of those that wishes to own but in reality suzuki gsxr 1000r or 2016 bmw s1000rr 😅 just talk shit about bike
