Can you talk more about building permanent structures in your RV park? I’m thinking about the manager that built their house on the property. What kind of house did they build? What kind of permits are needed?

You mentioned that you allowed your park manager to build his home on your property. Now does he own the home, or do you hold the title? Also, when you were selecting your property, what do you look for? I mean, do you look for close proximity to tourist attractions, shopping, etc. or rather out of the way and quiet? A lot of questions, I know...I have so many more. Lastly, I wanted to wish you luck with your channel and thank you for the information.

He owns the house, however we still own the land. So he has to lease the land from us monthly. The title of the house is his private property. Regarding what I look for - it's simple: a strong work force with lots of employment and everyday workers. Reason is because I cater my RV Park towards affordable housing. Ideally if I can be close to a major highway. The further out you go, the cheaper it gets. So somewhere in the middle. I appreciate your questions. Hope these responses help you. How many rv spots are allowed per acre in south Texas, is it regulated by county or state

Idk about Texas but it's probably a lower limit of square footage for each RV. It's like 1250 sq ft in Florida. So you could theoretically put quite a few on a single acre, but realistically, because of utilities and vehicle access, you can only fit far fewer.

Hey bro I have half an acre in my backyard and wanted to turn it into an rv park live there for a bit take my house down and turn it into a full on rv park id that possible or does do I need to buy a bigger piece of land

Probably depends on your state and county guidelines. I know in my state, an RV park has to be at least 5 acres.

sounds like too much money to spend and not enough income to come , problem with that idea is they have to deal with drunks or people who might start causing fires then your insurance goes through the roof, running back ground check is useless , think about if someone wants to fight or start fights , where the police dept oh yeah 100 miles away .....lol

Morning, Nash. I was hoping to get in touch with you via E-mail. I just closed on a property in southwest MI that's being used as kind of a hybrid mobile home/RV park. My original plan was to develop the property into more mobile homes, but have been considering abandoning the mobile home model and just going full RV style park. the property is 7 acres off of a US highway 2 miles from a casino, so I believe the location is right, but was hoping you'd be willing to take a look and give me your thoughts?
