Hey! I'm Nash. I went from a busboy to RV Park owner & now I talk about investing, lifestyle, mindset & other topics. Thanks for checking out my channel!
Great, so glad that the rental income for the 14 pays for most of the operating and monthly payments; will the lender for 50k wait some time to start getting paid or are you paying from ur pocket?
Hey, I’m 20 and from California. I’m considering building an RV park similar to yours in the future. Thanks for continuing to make videos you’re so inspiring to me!
I salute you. Congratulations for all your sacrifices and dedication if you don’t pay the price now, you will pay the consequences tomorrow. Keep stacking up your money keep grinding day and night make money your slave invest in gold and silver over all above everything else put God first Jesus Christ is king of kings and lord of lords. I am in Rv Technician myself we own a RV repair business. The RV industry is booming. Super ideal.
Thanks so much for your comment. Means a lot. Still have a long way to go but absolutely keep God first & he will direct your paths 🙏 Cheers to you on your journey, appreciate your comment. RV life is gonna keep growing, sounds like you have a good situation going
@@NashMancino how can I contact you? I have 1.4 acers in Michigan. I'm looking for other areas with more land and less restrictions. I have about 50k to make it work.
Appreciate the insight! My bro and I are wanting to start a small RV park here in Texas and this video provided a good foundation for what to expect regarding the initial costs.
That's amazing that you can charge that much in space rent. At $600/mo I would expect to be on the beach! Curious though. If I'm an original tenant paying $550/mo in a 10 acre park with only 14 others, I'm going to be miffed if all of a sudden, the density had tripled. I would ask for a rent DECREASE since I lost all of that privacy! Thoughts?
Building a lot of amenities and value adds now with the plan to cash out refinance in about 6 months to a year. Most likely going to aquire another park but then again it's subject to change 🤷♂️
How much have the property taxes gone up? We’re thinking on starting one but not sure by how much they might go up. If it’s vacant, we would still have to pay the increased property taxes and not sure if it’s too risky
I am interested in eventually building my own park. How many sites does that total number buy and what price do you charge per site? Just starting to crunch some numbers... probally like 5 years out myself.
