Thank You so much for making this video, If you have any resume tips for someone that is switching careers into the industry that would be an awesome video to watch. I'm an insurance agent and was approached about a leasing consultant/assistant position and I have no idea how to redo my resume to send to the property manager for the position. Try not to let it bother you hun! In my experience the Assistant Managers ate often kind of cold and distant. Dont take it personal, they deal with the crappy side of the job like evictions, complaints, ect. I think it often makes them a bit desensitized.
